These terms cover your use of BeatSheet. BeatSheet is for people 13 and older. By using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Use BeatSheet lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass or threaten people, impersonate others, post unlawful or infringing material, spam, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give BeatSheet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate and provide the service. This license ends when you delete the content or account, except for copies retained where required by law or in routine backups.

Sports Information

BeatSheet is not a sportsbook. It does not connect to, read from, or place bets with betting accounts. Nothing here is gambling or betting advice. Headlines, excerpts, scores and other material may come from third-party public sources; those sources retain their rights, and their information may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Availability and Liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, BeatSheet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and Changes

You may stop using BeatSheet and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for violations or to protect the service. We may update these terms; material updates will be posted here with a new date or version.
