BeatSheet is for people 13 and older. This starter policy explains the information this preview collects and how it is used.
Information We Collect
If you create an account, we collect your email and password. Supabase stores the password in hashed form. You may add a display name or handle. If you use the community features, we store your posts, comments and reactions. Team follows and preferences may be stored with your account or on your device.
The welcome questionnaire does not currently ask for a phone number. Phone verification is stubbed, and no phone number is used or sent.
How Information Is Used
We use account and preference information to provide and maintain BeatSheet. We do not sell personal information and do not use analytics or ad trackers. Sports information is gathered from public sources. The product update choice records your preference only; this app never sends email.
Cookies and Local Storage
BeatSheet uses first-party storage: the HttpOnly jus-auth cookie for sign-in sessions, a random device ID cookie and a team-preference cookie, plus cookies for onboarding and preview state. Local storage holds your theme, team choices, questionnaire answers and progress. A random device ID supports feed personalization; we do not use third-party analytics or ad trackers. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser font request.
Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account in Settings. This removes your profile, follows, posts, comments, reactions, consent record and account. You can also email hello@beatsheet.io to request deletion or ask a privacy question.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as BeatSheet changes. Questions or data requests: hello@beatsheet.io.
